Tourism - You will want to see as many of
the Atlanta attractions and museums
as you possibly can. The High Museum of Art houses
the city Atlanta’s finest collection of modern
and contemporary art. There are four floors ranging
from 18th century collections to the latest works
of art on the upper levels. The museum hours are 10am-5pm
Tuesday -Sat; noon-5pm Sun; closed Monday. Another
great attraction is the great Fembank Atlanta Museum
of Natural History. It is Open during the hours :
10am-5pm Mon-Sat; noon-5pm Sunday and there is also
an IMAX theatre with over three hundred seats inside
of it and the Great Hall has a skylight that is 86
feet to the top. There is also a planetarium for a
look at the stars and you'll enjoy a visit to this
place.
The History Center is another fine
place for Atlanta tourists when you are seeking the
cultural aspects and this has become one of the most
popular Atlanta tourist attractions. The hours for
this are 10 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Sat; noon - 5:30pm
Sun and has over thirty acres of gardens that display
the areas history all the way from the Civil War -
this is a novel way to treat Atlanta history and is
attractive to tourists.
The Tullie Smith Farm and the Swan House in the History
Centre and her you'll find the amazing sights of a
vegetable garden and flower garden laid out as they
would have been around the middle of the 1800's. You'll
find the fruit trees and tomatoes, the traditional
flowers of the time and a herb garden. There are several
restaurants on the site for your dining pleasure.
You will also want to make sure you see the The Georgia
State Capitol which is Open Hours: 9am-4pm Mon-Sat;
noon-4pm Sun and has been named a National Historic
Landmark in 1977. It houses the Georgia’s history
inside it. It has a golden dome that is 240 feet from
its rotunda and the Georgia State
Atlanta Museum of Science and Industry is
inside on the first and fourth floors and there are
free, guided tours on weekdays.

Atlata tourism attraction was set up in 1905 and it
has over eleven thousand great works of art from all
over the world. It is now in a new building which
was opened in 1983 and they have a range of exhibitions
from local to international.
